Read through the consent for details on joining the research registry.
Complete a brief (10-minute) online form, which includes contact, demographic, and clinical information. Your information is secure.
A researcher from the University of Rochester
will contact you via email about a potentially relevant research opprotunity if eligible.
Decide whether or not you are interested in participating in that specific research study. Participation is entirely voluntary.

All of your information is kept confidential and is stored in a secure database, following guidelines set forth in the US Health Insurance Portabillity and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) - the same guidelines as your medical records!

All information collected is only accessible to credentialed University of Rochester researchers - and is never shared outside of the University of Rochester.

All Neurology Study Interest Registry Staff hold certifications in Human Subjects Research (HSR) and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
